Daniel Lamble was eliminated from MasterChef: Fans & Faves on Monday night.
The 28-year-old was sent home after a blast chiller ruined his coconut sorbet and he failed to present it to the judges during the semi-final challenge.
'Your execution was well off the mark. This combined with the fact that two of your dishes were served late is the reason why you're going home,' Melissa Leong said.

'It's been so hard. The work and effort I've put in, it's paid off tenfold. And I honestly hold all of that to everyone here and to you guys. Yeah, I'm very proud of myself.'
During his final challenge, Daniel had to cook an entrée, main and dessert for 20 diners and the three judges.

For the entrée, he successfully sent out a lemon myrtle cured kingfish, coconut emulsion, charred and pickled red onion and paperbark oil.
However, Daniel's main dish was delayed after his trout skin stuck to the hibachi because there was too much moisture in the fish.
For dessert, he was set to present a tarte tatin with coconut sorbet - but he realised he had put it in the blast chiller and it was completely frozen.
