Lady in red! Mandy Moore certainly seemed to be sending a message on Tuesday evening as she attended the finale party for the NBC show in Los Angeles
The actress exposed a bit of her black undershirt in the slinky satin number as she stood tall in open toe heels.
During an interview with  alongside her new Tangled: The Series co-star Zachary Levi, the singer-actress was asked to explain the circumstances behind a mysterious death.
And she was asked if her character Rebecca plotted with another character to kill her husband Jack (Milo Ventimiglia) so that she could be with her future lover Miguel (Jon Huertas).

News just in ladies, it's all about RED right now. As Paris Fashion Week came to an end last week, it was Givenchy that brought next season's biggest trend to the table. As Riccardo Tisci showed his last collection for the fashion house, his parting words were: all things red, all day, everyday. The looks were a collection of all his greatest hits, re-done in red - head-to-toe. Cue every fashion magazine and journalist suddenly shouting about the scarlet hue.

The sexiest way to sport the colour is definitely via an evening dress, which makes a welcome change to the classic LBD. Gone are the days when red evening gowns were the sole preserve of mature women with extra long nails and bouffant hairdo's. The high street is awash with modern, beautifully-cut gowns and we've got four of the best, right here.

Mandy's frock is by Adeam and unfortunately not yet available to buy. If you've got a bank account to match the actresses own, find your hot red number at Matches by designer Roland Mouret. This one's a real head turner.

Or why not try brand-of-the-moment Rixo London? Everyone who's anyone is raving about it and Kylie Minogue was spotted in this exact dress only last week. Talk about chic!

Adoring costars: pinfaves.com Mandy was joined by handsome Milo Ventimiglia
'Oh my god,' she responded. 'No way. People are bananas. That is crazy.'

The Saved! actress added that the series will wrap with 'pain and grief.'
'I think the show is ultimately hopeful, and I feel like it leaves on that note as well, in the finale,' she said of the episode which aired on Tuesday on NBC.
Cliffhanger: Milo's character Jack died at the end of the season finale but fans were left in limbo as his cause of death was not revealed
Posing with the big boss: President of NBC Entertainment Jennifer Salke posed up with the actors
Her costar Milo Ventimiglia, who was also on hand for the screening, recently revealed that in his trailer on the set of the show hangs a black-and-white photo of himself at maybe three or four, leaning on his dad's knee, father and son smiling in the front yard near a tall tree.
Above and below the snapshot are handwritten signs, reminders that have helped the actor mold his popular character, Papa Jack Pearson, on one of network TV's weepiest family shows of the moment:
'Be a Good Father,' Ventimiglia penned above, with 'Be a Good Husband' below.
'I saw my mom and dad with a great, great healthy marriage,' said the kind-faced Ventimiglia, neither father nor husband himself.
'I think I would absolutely love to have that, have a family, have a wife, have a partner. You think about who is that one person that you're going to be with that you can just walk shoulder-to-shoulder with in life, support, and they support you, you know,' he added in a recent interview.
Happy: Chrissy Metz walked the red carpet in a colorful frock paired with a black cardigan
Style guru: Chris Sullivan paired black jeans with a blue jacket and a black hat
Finale ready: Series stars Justin Hartley and Susan Kelechi Watson were also on hand
Ventimiglia, at 39 already in the business more than two decades, said he poured other aspects of his parents into the character and his on-screen marriage to Mandy Moore's Rebecca, including their very human challenges and flaws as the show headed into Tuesday's first-season finale.
The elder Ventimiglia, Pete, wasn't a crier, for instance, just as Jack is often the dry-eyed stoic while others in the Pearson clan tear up around him. Oddly, tears - and Jack's lack thereof - were a topic of conversation between Ventimiglia and 'This is Us' creator Dan Fogelman.
'I didn't see my father cry until I was maybe 21 years old, when his father passed away,' Ventimiglia said. 'And I thought to myself, 'Wow I've never seen my dad cry, until then. Why is that?' And I started breaking that apart and thinking, 'I believe that my father was trying to give me strength as a young man moving forward in life.

Big night: Young castmembers Niles Fitch and Hannah Zeile joined in the celebration too
Dressed up: Logan Shroyer cut a dash in a suit and tie
